Our theme for the year is Recovery with Equity.  Our scope and pace of offerings to the membership will be unprecedented.

Living Out Black Lives Matter

Our featured guests will be Devren Washington, a lead organizer for Philadelphia’s Black Lives Matter chapter, and diversity expert Oscar Holmes IV of Rutgers University-Camden. Other members of BLM Philadelphia may take part.
Besides his work with Black Lives Matter, Washington is the Senior Policy Organizer with Media Mobilizing Project, working on issues at the intersection of digital and social justice. He is also a founding member of the Philadelphia Community Bail Fund.
Holmes is an associate dean at Rutgers-Camden and a professor of management at its business school.  He hosts the Diversity Matters podcast and was cited this year by Philadelphia Business Journal as one of its 40 under 40 to Watch.
